In an increasingly competitive marketplace where the visitor’s expectations and demands are growing, there is a need for hospitality organisations to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile and achieving excellence in all that they do. This means that everyone in the organisation has to be constantly focused on ensuring that their visitor is delighted with all aspects of the service, i.e. they have to be the best.
