Soy Allergy
Soybeans are becoming a major part of processed food products throughout the world. Avoiding products made with soybeans can be difficult. Soybeans alone are not a major food in the diet but they are in many products.
Some products that may contain some hidden sources of soybeans include:- baked goods
- canned tuna
- cereals, crackers,
- infant formulas
- sauces
- soups
the above often contain soybeans and soy products in them.
At least one brand of peanut butter lists soy on the label.
