Foodkit Terms and Conditions

The Foodkit is provided by the FoodTourismScotland project, which is an initiative that was instigated by the Tourism Innovation Group, supported by Visit Scotland and funded by Scottish Enterprise and Highland & Islands Enterprise.

The content of the Foodkit is aimed at Hospitality and Food&Drink businesses and is for general information only.  It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults. FoodTourismScotland expressly excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the quality, accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the Foodkit and its content.

FoodTourismScotland accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any reliance placed on the content of the Foodkit; the use of or inability to use the Foodkit; the downloading of any materials from the Foodkit; or any unauthorised access to or alteration of the Foodkit.

FoodTourismScotland makes no guarantees that the Foodkit is free from so called computer viruses.

Links to third party websites are for your convenience only.  Such websites are operated and controlled by third parties.  FoodTourismScotland is not responsible for the content of any third party websites referred to, or accessed by hypertext link through the Foodkit.

The content of the Foodkit (including, but not limited to all text and artwork) is protected by copyright, which is owned by or licensed for use to Scottish Enterprise and Highland & Islands Enterprise.

Product and company names referred to in the Foodkit may be registered trade marks or trade names of third parties.  Nothing contained in the Terms and Conditions should be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any marks appearing in the Foodkit without the prior written consent of FoodTourismScotland or the third party owner and/or relevant licensees of them.

FoodTourismScotland reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.  If any substantial changes are made, they will be notified via the Foodkit.

Scots Law shall govern the Terms and Conditions and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
