Collecting Customer Feedback

Becoming successful and remaining successful is almost entirely dependent upon what your customers think of you and your service and, most importantly, what they tell others. It is a well known adage that an unhappy customer will tell ten times more people about their disappointing experience than a happy customer will tell about their positive experience. Therefore it is essential that you know what your customers think about you and your product or service. To do this you need timely feedback that accurately reflects customer views on all aspects of your service or product.
